Anyway, Shadowform2009-04-28 00:00:00You linked an empty talentaulator... Anyway, Shadowform = 15% more damage from any Shadow Spell and your DoTs irease their damage from your rit. Up until you get that though, Shadow Tree is still eellent for soloing. I leveled as Shadow, and I easily outdamaged any HolyDi Priest, as it should be. I also have limitless mana through Spirit Tap, Vampir Toh and Dispersion (level 60 talent). Add Shadowfiend when you get that mh higher in level, and you will never have to drink while questing. Got a few hits in on that last bad pull? Vampir Embre, and the next pull will heal you right up. I healed any normal easily as Shadow, both while leveling to 70, and as 70. Haven't tried Heros yet, but I doubt that will be too feasible until I go past 1k Spellpower though. There's no real reason not to go Shadow. Holy Fire may seem powerful...
jumped bk on the Spriest after a2009-04-28 00:00:0058 at the moment, just jumped bk on the Spriest after a long hiatus. I know as a general rule you shouldap out your primary tree before going into another, I do usually do this. But on the Priest when I go into an instae 90% of the time I am healer so for 60 I am targeting this, then filling out Shadow from there (though I may sink the point in Desp Prayer). Obviously my endgame build will be ShadowDi rather than ShadowHoly but for now the rededast time on heals seems too good to pass up sie I am stk healing so often. Thoughts?
Use other heals than greater heal? Youan generally heal pretty well if you only use Flash Heal, the problem with it is tha...
What Healer complements hunters best?2009-04-07 00:00:00My wife and i are going to come back to WoW after a break. She is going to play a hunter and i was wondering if a Shaman, Druid or Priest complimented hunters best. we probably will be playing on a PVP server and are slow levelers who like to BG and PUG. 2v2 Arena might be a consideration at higher lvl but not too likely. I want a healing build so i can heal in instances. Im kinda leaning tward a Resto shaman or Druid. if i play a priest (least fave option cuz im not a big fan of clothies) its not going to be a shadow priest. I know they lvl fast and do good DPS but i wanna be a healer with some added utility. my main concern is who is going to make the better teammate for my wifes hunter and pet.I would say shaman because not only their totems can highly increase hunters stats like grace of air totem but they can also survive in pvp by using a shield, also chain heal heals the pet and the hunter as for instances they are quite good healers by using fast heals and their totemsMy boyfriend leveled his priest with me, and we do pretty good together. He level'd as a disc/holy and it was always fun pulling big crowds of mobs and killing them all. We still do it as 70's :p
But prbly go with the shammy like th...
MM Hunter VS BM Hunter for Dungeons & Raids2009-04-07 00:00:00well my best but is that so u don`t pull aggro off the tank. the beastrial wrath ability gives u more DMG. intimidate is really useful to get the target off of you so u can go back to hitting range insted of using melee combatBM...MM...who cares, as long as you can play your role well. I've been both in my one and a half years of playing and I don't think one is better than the other. If you are good at playing your toon, you can own as both.
first off, well said by the person before me, if you know how to play your class and are efficient at your spec, it shouldn't make a difference. people are just busting chops and unless they've had a hunter themselves, they should mind their own business and not tell people to respec.
but getting down to business, i have a level 70 hunter and ive specced several times from BM to MM, and now finally to SV, and i've found that all 3 specs are comparable, but the dps you put it might be different as far as burst or steady.
BM, sure, your dps will be down a bit for yourslef, but your pets increased dmg, crit %%, and nevermind the fact that your attack speed is increased overall by 20%% will even things out. But your pet shouldn't be dying in instances anyways. a good...
back off hunters2009-04-07 00:00:00Mate do us a favour, and RE - DO IT!. We have no idea what the f*ck you are talking about, use proper grammar and we might be able to help you!JUST BACK OFF HUNTERS!!Wow, are you daft? i bet you're a rogue that just goes up behind hunters and kill us.NOBODY SAYS THAT! you just want attention. go play PVP and cheat. [Edited]Not sure what your question is there.Wild guess your piss at hunter that need an item that you wanted. So wondering why hunter need weapon that would fit better for another class. Here is the really anwser if that was your question "Why hunter need melee weapons". We need them for stats. Any hunter who is sit there melee fight should only be doing to lvling up thier skill lvl in that weapon. Yes there is the odd time hunter has to give 1-3 hits in melee in order to get back to range distance. And nice to hit the target for those 1-3 hits.If you are playing any class you know how hard it is to get good weapons.
Some time you end playing for many lvls without find any weapon that make your char. better. It sucks when some NEEDS on the same weapon as do, but a NEED is a NEED. Even if it is only a small improvement for the person w...
MM vs BM2009-04-07 00:00:00My main is a mm hunter but ppl tell me to respec to bm some what is the big difference please help me out As BM you will out DPS MM hunters in MOST situations. Also in PVP you are almost unkillable using TBW. your attack speed is increased and your pets crits increase your partys damage by 3%%. Also i was MM and then found myself LOVEing BM after a few days of experimenting.the biggest difference in the two is the fact that MM don't rely on their pets to do as much dmg, plain and simple. As a BM spec, your pet will more than make up the difference in power that a MM will have in addition to the fact that your attack speed is 20%% faster. not just that, but for your average solo questing and grinding, being a BM spec is ten times easier. you pet acts as a far better tank and holds aggro far better, his armor is increased as well as your health, he crits far more often and does far greater dmg. all in all, it makes for a muc...
